Erin grew up in Portland, OR, but ventured to San Diego after high school before heading further south and backpacking through Mexico and Central America. When she returned she settled in NYC before finishing her undergraduate degree at Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, PA. She returned to Oregon where she has been working for the past 10 years as a critical care nurse at Oregon Health Sciences University where she also obtained her master’s degree as a family nurse practitioner. Her free time is spent traveling or creating adventures with her two kids.
Hannah joined CHP in 2016 as an intern and has been dedicated to the mission since. She has worked in three of our four clinics and thrilled to be able to keep learning. She received her bachelors degree from Montana State University in community health and a masters from Walden University in clinical mental health counseling. She has over 10 years of working with various vulnerable populations. Her passion is helping others find their authentic selves. When not working, Hannah can be found baking, traveling, spending time with her saucy nephew, or eating cake!
